Personality: Gabe is very positive and easily distracted. He isn't very good with people, so he doesn't talk to them much. He's not a very good fighter, so he has to be witty and talk his way out of conflict. He makes fun of most of the people he meets, but it's usually in good taste. Gabe often makes jokes to break the ice and lighten the mood of a crowd. Gabe is very rarely upset, since he always makes jokes to make everyone feel better.
Special habits: Gabe takes little automated toys and tinkers with them until they serve a new purpose all together.

Powers: Gabriel has a strong control over his pyromancer abilities. He can create weapons from flames alone, but only for 10 minutes at a time before becoming exhausted. He can also shoot fire bullets from his fingers, make things he is focusing on combust, and create blasts and walls of fire from any part of his body, but he loses more and more strength the longer he uses this power. However, 2000 degrees Celsius is his maximum for heat resistance, and can't be maintained for more than 5 minutes. Gabe can also detect any machine or trap that he comes across by sensing one's presence. He can safely deactivate, fix, or reprogram them, as long as he has the proper tool.

Fatal flaw: Gets too attached to his loved ones.
Strengths: Being small and quick, Gabe makes for a difficult target to hit. On top of that, he taunts his opponents into making stupid mistakes that they soon get burned for. Literally. He tries his best not to kill enemies that aren't monsters, even though fire is his primary weapon of choice.
Weaknesses: Gabe cannot use most physical weapons well at all. Especially large weapons like spears because they're way too big for him to handle. He's also pretty bad at maintaining a level head when he's losing a fight. He starts panicking and doesn't know what to do. Gabe gets distracted really easily by machines or weapons that he thinks look cool. He just zones out of a fight and admires these things, leaving himself wide-open for attack.
Biography
Gabriel Gonzalez was born in Providence, Rhode Island on October 26th, 1998. He lived in a small apartment with his mother, Miranda, near the fire station since she was a firefighter. In fact, she was the most decorated firefighter in the state. But one day, while she was on a job to save some children from a house fire, the building she was in collapsed on her and she died. Gabe was devastated when his mom died, because she was the only living family he had left. At her funeral, a strange man came up to him and told Gabe to come with him, but Gabe refused. This angered the man, and he turned into a telkhine. Gabe tried to run away from the monster, but it cornered him soon. It was about to attack when Gabe (somewhat accidentally) blasted it with fire. Gabe was terrified, until he was found by a Camp Half-Blood extraction team, who explained that he was a demigod. They also told him that they were going to take him to a safe place where demigods could live in peace, and he agreed to go with them. As he arrived at camp, he was claimed by his father, Hephaestus, when the image of a flaming hammer appeared over his head.
