Physical Description: Nina has pale skin with freckles across her slightly upturned nose also a few freckles on her lips; she has big dark green eyes and medium brown hair that is normally in a messy pony tail. She is tall and slender with nice muscle build. She normally wears jean shorts and a Camp Half Blood shirt.

Personality: Quiet, although not shy, defends her friends and likes to win, very prideful doesn’t like to lose. Loves to be victorious, Is very impulsive and can sometimes be hard to count on like her mother.

Merits and talents: Swordsmanship, can read and speak Greek and Bulgarian, excellent hearing.

Demerits: Too impulsive, doesn’t like to follow rules, very hard headed.

Fears: Losing and disappointing her mother, betraying her friends if the time comes that she joins the bad guys and they win.

Hobbies: Working out and trying to build natural strength for battle.

Family and Relationships

Relationship with others: She had a bad relationship with her father, he didn’t understand that Nike was a Goddess and so he always blamed Nina for her mom leaving him. She never had any friends in Bulgaria or in Connecticut, she never seemed to fit in until she got to Camp Half Blood. She gets along with most everyone except for those who are very pessimistic since she is very optimistic in winning.

Battle

Powers: Able to sense which side is going to win or not, speed and strength. she can only sense who is going to win a war near the end and if she tries to see who will win before its time she just gets really confused and it messes with her mind. With strength and speed she can only use it in battle or when she’s fighting. If she uses it too much within a few days it drains her so she can barely do anything for a couple of days until her natural strength comes back.

Weapons: Celestial Bronze sword

Fatal flaw: Pride

Strengths: Sword fighting, hand to hand combat and planning attacks

Weaknesses: Loyalty, Impulses and anticipating attacks.

Biography

Nina was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and as soon as she was delivered her mother named her and then disappeared, Her father Aleksander didn’t realize that Nike was ‘the Nike’ like the Goddess and blamed Nina that her mom didn’t want her so that’s why she left. Nina didn’t know she was a demigod. She was able to read Bulgarian because of its similar alphabet to Greeks. She never felt like she fit in nobody ever talked to her and then her dad’s job got him transferred to Cornwall, Connecticut, USA. She couldn’t read English but she could speak and understand it easily, she also didn’t make friends in the US. One day she was fed up with her father blaming her for all his bad luck so she ran away, she hitchhiked her way to New York City, the last people to drive her there were admiring the strawberry fields but she saw much more than that and continued on towards the camp. She ran into some campers and they explained to her what she was. She was claimed by Nike at the bonfire that same evening. She gets along with everyone that trusts her and that she trusts.

Just two questions:
1. How does Nikolina's power work and what's its limit?
2. Why is her sword plain silver? (as campers in CHB generally uses Celestial Bronze - except the children of Hades)
