Personality and Characteristics: Bubbly and can be quite random at times. Friends love her because she always tries to brighten up the mood. She is also very understanding, and can usually tell how many people are feeling. She can be very sarcastic and clueless at times, but is always very sweet. She is also quite oblivious, and is pretty good when it comes to school and academics. When meeting new people, she can be very cautious and indecisive towards her decisions. She always doubt herself no matter how many times people reassure her. She is like I said, indecisive and insecure, which can injure her in battle.

Battle

Powers: Hailey has a minor degree of power over the sun, light and heat. When overexerting herself, she can pass out for days. Thus makes her using it as minimal as possible.She doesn't like using her powers, because she doesn't have ultimate control. She's training though!

Weapons: Hailey has a charm bracelet with a sun and moon charm attached to it, and when she taps it, it turns into a bow and arrow. Hailey uses a bow and arrow when fighting. Given from her father like many Apollo kids, Hailey uses sound arrows and the arrows are made of Celestial Bronze. She also has a quiver which never seems to run out of arrows.
Fatal Flaw: Hailey has trouble making decisions at times.
Strengths: Due to her petite figure, Hailey is nimble and agile in battle. Hailey dodges foes easily since she is pretty small. She does better when fighting from afar. Archery is what she does best. She's also pretty decent with a pair of daggers and/or a knife. She never gives up and her determination gets stronger when she realizes that her friend is injured or when people are in trouble. She gives great motivational speeches to others and tries to get people to be stronger and smile.
Weaknesses: She always question her actions and when taking too long to make decisions she can be injured.Although she uses a sword and she's pretty decent, but she doesn't use that much and only if a sword's really need for desperate measures. She can't really use a spear and javelin, because they are really long and is supposed to be a second arm, and when up close to the opponent, she tends to dodge quickly and easily. The spear and/or javelin weighs her down.When no weapons are there in need, Hailey is pretty weak and that is a chance for the monsters to attack.


Biography

Hailey Sunshine was born in Manhattan, New York, during the time when the sun rises. She and her mother lived together alone for years, until when Hailey was 3, they moved to Brooklyn. There, Harmony met Terrence and his children and they got married when Hailey was five.

Because she was young when she received a step-father, Hailey thought that Terrence was her real father for years. It took her a while to understand that she didn't know her father and Terrence wasn't her biological father, and she figured this out when she overheard her step-siblings talking. They also mentioned things about Hailey thus making her insecure and they bullied her when their parents weren't around. Deciding she needs time alone, Hailey took strolls around the neighborhood, and one thing she liked to do was take jogs and strolls around the beach to clear her mind. When Harmony got her daughter a little bow and arrow toy set for her birthday, Hailey treasured this item. She constantly practiced with it until her step-siblings broke it as a prank.

When she came home after her strolls when she was 9, she saw a monster attacking her family. The monster killed her parents and siblings in front of her eyes. Terrified, Hailey grabbed her bags and some food and money and ran away. Not knowing where to go, she decided to go back to Manhattan. Along the way, she met a mysterious man who gave her a charm bracelet with a charm of the sun and the moon.

Heading towards Manhattan, she met a girl named Olivia. Olivia was a 10 year old girl who ran away from the orphanage. They both ended up in Manhattan, and they lived off around in the streets for 2 years. They became the best of friends, but they encountered a pack of hellhounds. Hailey then discovered that the charm bracelet she was given 2 years ago was a bow and arrow, which she practiced a lot with a toy version when she was little. She was also able to summon balls of lights, but since she was untrained, they were very minor. Not only that, they met a satyr, Ash, who told them their identity. He guided them to Camp Half Blood. Once stepped over the borderline, they were claimed. Hailey was the daughter of Apollo and Olivia was the daughter of Aphrodite. They are now best friends, and currently reside in Camp Half Blood.

I've only got one problem with Hailey's profile. Concerning the Battle part, what are the physical battle skills(e.g. archery, sword-fighting, physical strength, etc.) that Hailey are weak and good at?

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. Weird question though: Are there certain requirements when we post the pictures of our characters? Like can they be celebrities and what not? Not sure.

About the pictures of the characters,
unless you've some very strong reasons, famous celebrities or people are not allowed.
Pictures drawn by yourself are appreciated.
If you find it difficult to draw a protrait for your character, you can also find a photo(as long as it's not a famous celebrity or person).

Oh ok. I put pictures on the characters I submitted. Are they alright?

Don't the girls in the pics seem a bit old(or mature?) for 12 and 13 year-old girls?
Apart from that, I think it's actually ok for Hailey's picture,
but isn't that Ashley Benson(the one who plays Hanna in Pretty Little Liars)in the picture of Olivia? It'd better if it's not a famous celebrity in the picture...
