Anyway, have you created your character?
To make a character, you can have a look of the posts in Things you NEED to know!!!
After that, you can follow the format in Profile of your character
After filling the form in, post it in Characters Creating - Pending :: Camp Half Blood if your character is a Greek demigod, or Characters Creating - Pending :: Camp Jupiter if your character is a Roman demigod. You just have to wait for the approval from Camp Counselor, Praetor, Cabin Counselor or Centurion.
Bear in mind that all of the characters created should either be in Camp Half Blood or in Camp Jupiter
