Nicolette is a seemingly indifferent self-centered loner though deep down in her heart she does feel for the others. She's not fond of socializing with others - unless it's necessary for her to get her job done. She happens to be too ambitious sometimes that she usually doesn't mind hurting the others as long as she accomplishes her goal. She doesn't trust the others. That's why she doesn't make friends with others easily. However, she's willing to do everything for the ones she care about.  She's determined, smart and independent. She's also a good fighter.

She has the power of self-healing to a medium degree - can cure physical wounds(that's not caused by pathogens) like hemorrhage and minor bone fractures. If it's just minor wounds, it won't cost her much energy. If the wound is more severe, she'll become tired and sleepy due to the lost of energy by rapid cell division. If the power she uses the exceeds the limit, she would fall into coma or even die, depends on the energy she'd used. She can also heal the others whom she has physical contact with but also just to a medium degree. She doesn't do this often because it consumes twice as much as energy than healing herself. Like self-healing, she'll become very hungry, tired and sleepy after doing so.

Strengths: She's agile, tough and strong. Good at archery and using dagger. She can always accomplish what she wants to do.

Weaknesses: She's a loner. Sucks at archery. Again, she can always accomplish what she wants to do - BUT people usually get hurt in the process and she doesn't care, most of the time. However, she's willing to do everything for the ones she care about.


Biography

Nicolette LaBlanc is born in Manhattan, as the daughter of Joan Redburn and Apollo.
At the age of three, her mom died in a fire in which Nicolette survived in a miracle. So, she only has vague memory about her mom.
She was sent to a foster home. Despite being an orphan, she was and satisfied with what she had and she got along with other kids at the foster home well. She was always cheerful and outgoing, probably due to the fact that her dad is Apollo - Nicolette does have a good voice.
When she was five, she was adopted by a wealthy couple who treated Nicolette very well and cared about her a lot. That was the happiest time that Nicolette ever had. She got along with her friends at school well too because of her sociable characteristic.
However, everything changed when she was 11 years old - when she encountered the first monster - a Kampe - in her life. It turned out that one of her closest friends, Jane, was a Kampe who attempted to kill her. One day when Nicolette first invited Jane alone to her house, Jane revealed herself as a Kampe and attacked Nicolette. Though Nicolette survived from the attack, her adopted parents were not that lucky. The place where they were living were set into fire. Nicolette  who was considered as the culprit by the police, had no choice but to go on a run though she didn't really understand what had happened to her.
On the run, she met Oliver, the son of Hermes and Regina, the daughter of Demeter. That's when she learnt about the world of demigods. Oliver taught her how to defend against monsters with dagger. Oliver and Regina were the only ones whom she could rely on at that time.
Another tragedy happened when she was 12. The trio almost made it to Camp Half Blood after they met a satyr on the run. However, on the half-way to the Half Blood Hill, the Kampe that killed Nicolette's parents appeared again with another Kampe friend and hunted after them. Nicolette crossed the border just in time, but Oliver died before he could enter the camp while Regina was still fighting against the monster. At rage, Nicolette ran out from the camp, picked up Oliver's dagger and fought against the Kampe. Although she killed the Kampe at last, it didn't save Regina from losing in the fight. She tried to help but she was severely hurt that she fell into a coma, which lasted for two days. She later found out that it was some campers who got her across the border and slaughtered the other Kampe but Regina couldn't be saved though.
She was claimed by Apollo during her first dinner at Camp Half Blood. Having nowhere else to go, she's now a year-rounder at Camp Half Blood.
After the series of unfortunate events, she became a seemingly indifferent and self-centered loner who doesn't trust anyone but herself.
